Drains
Drains for koi ponds or tanks allow drainage and circulation to be improved. Some drains include a diffuser membrane disc which is integrated into the drain structure and when connected to an airline will create an aspiration effect which further improves pond quality and reduces unwanted build-up in the pond. Using a slide gate or knife valve on the outlet of the drain line feed allows easy and quick drainage for pond cleaning or maintenance.
